Leonard Nannarone has more than 30 years of experience advising startups, growing businesses, investment funds, and established companies. His practice focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, outside general counsel services, contract drafting and negotiation, securities law, venture financing, and employment matters.

Before entering private practice, Leonard worked at Kirkland & Ellis and Intel Corporation, where he participated in major strategic transactions and investments. Throughout his career, he has guided numerous startups from formation through financing and successful acquisition. His clients have been acquired by companies including Uber, Yahoo, Google, Apple, and major pharmaceutical companies.

Leonard earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Providence College. He is admitted to practice law in California, Rhode Island, Illinois, New York, and Massachusetts.
