His practice includes general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, outside general counsel services, contract drafting and negotiation, securities law, venture financing and employment matters. Leonard works closely with founders, executives and investors to provide practical legal guidance that reflects both the immediate matter and the client's broader business goals.
Before founding Oak & Hill, P.C., Leonard practiced at Kirkland & Ellis and worked at Intel Corporation. This combination of law-firm and in-house experience informs his practical approach to counseling businesses and completing transactions.
